Change of Payment
This form is to be completed by enrolled families only. This form will allow you to update the current debit information we have saved on file for your swimmer(s) monthly automatic deduction.
La Petite Baleen offers 2 forms of monthly automatic debit payment. We accept Visa or MasterCard payments as well as an automatic debit directly through your checking/savings account. If you choose to pay through your banking account, your account will be billed a discounted rate.
With this form you are also able to take care of any declined automatic debit transaction. Expect to pay these fees in full before the next auto debit or you will be removed from our swim schedule.
La Petite Baleen also offers a 4 month tri-annual cash or check payment option. Tri-annual payments are collected in July, November and March and must be made by cash or check. If you are interested in switching over to this option, please visit one of our locations in order to pay the pro-rated amount that would be due for the remainder of the 4 months tuition.
La Petite Baleen will protect your privacy by not sharing your email address, cookies or IP address with anyone.
When you ask a question or respond to a survey, your email address and all other information will stay with us. This policy will not change.
